Beating sub-par fighters in Japan doesn't make you the best LW in the world. He was fun to watch but was never number 1.
The majority of the best LWs were in Japan at the time.
You have no idea what you are talking about.
This guy might want to google Gomi, Sakurai, Kawajiri, Aurelio, Hansen, Kid Yamamoto, Ribeiro, Sudo etc...
Maybe read up a little on PRIDE Bushido, K1 Heros, Shooto,
Keep quoting yourself you virgin.
Good move, you were shown to be dead wrong and talking out of your ass so you resort to name calling as you are incapable of forming coherent arguments.
Keep showing yourself to be clueless.
He was a top lightweight when LW was shallow as fuck. Any of them guys you named wouldn't break the current LW top 10 on their best day.

Keep crying though virgin.
Oh now he "was a top lightweight" after you said he was beating sub-par fighters in Japan, interesting.
We are not talking about 2020 LW's... we are talking about 2004-2006 LWs.
Why do you want to talk about the current LWs?
Could it be because you were dead wrong and sounded like a moron?
Just because I pointed out you were dead wrong and an idiot does not mean I am crying or a virgin.
Try again, dipshit. I'm here for about ten more minutes.
Gomi was considered the number 1 lw at the time of this fight, bj was great . After this fight be got fat af and I belive fought renzo in a lackluster fight
No.
After this fight he moved up in weight and took the WW title off Matt Hughes, the most dominant champ the UFC had seen up to that point.
He then kicked Ludwig's ass in under two minutes, then moved up to MW to challenge himself and beat Rodrigo Gracie.
Then he got fat to go fight a 225 lb Machida at HW and he almost won that fight. Then he beat Renzo and then he went back to WW and almost beat GSP.
it was a weird situation, bc at the time Gomi was #1, then BJ beat him but then went up in weight and did all that stuff while Gomi bounced back from the BJ loss and had an incredible run at LW
you can argue that Gomi, despite getting beat by BJ, was the #1 lightweight during that time
Thanks guys, thought I was losing the plot. I was pretty sure Gomi was considered the top LW at the time. MMA was so much more varied and exciting back then. Far easier to follow too! Really felt like you were part of a close-knit community.

So you tell me to keep crying but I see you talking about me in the Caldwell thread.
