BJJ Endurance Drills??????????


Seriously, use man in the middle, it helps with your skills so much.

roll? man in the middle? I think his question is "anyone out there can suggest any good grappling drills you can do alone?"

the Shamrock excersize consist in muscle endurance. first you do 10 pull up, 50 squat, 50 push ups, 50 crunches, then after you finish that, you imediatly start all over again but this time do only 9 pull ups, 40 squats, 40 push up, 40 abdominal crunches, and so forth until you get to 5 pull ups, 10 squats, 10 push up, 10 crunches. try to do this in less than 10 min. This is so your muscle wont tire out, for example, in a tourny. when you fight you go all out and sometimes the fight goes into overtime, thats when this exersize kicks in, all those squats you trained for the tourny. will pay off, your legs are not tired, therfor a good takedown will win the match...........
