BJJ gyms in London?

I am gonna be in London next week, so was hoping anyone could tell me where some good gyms are?
I'm staying by Victoria Station.

Lots of great BJJ in London, but not sure who's gonna be open, probably the closest gym to you that will be open is TT JiuJitsu in Brixton. Classes over Xmas are being taken by Pedro Bessa (Black Belt under Eduardo Telles). Check out www.tt-ukjiujitsuteam.co.uk for contact details.

Alternatively there's also Roger Gracie in Ladbrook Grove (www.gracie-barra.co.uk), Master Team in Edgware Rd (www.masterbjj.co.uk), Carlson Gracie Team (website is out of action) and BTT (www.braziliantopteam.com). Don't know what sessions Roger and Master are doing over Xmas, but BTT's gym will probably be closed, and Carlson's will probably be open every day bar Xmas day itself.

Head to the SFUK Forum (http://p102.ezboard.com/fsfuksubmissionfightinguksfukmmaforum) and post on there and I'm sure you'll get more info

Master will be closed from Friday 23rd Dec until 3rd Jan.

There is a question mark over whether the Camden class will be open on Wednesday evenings in the New Year.

I was under the impression that BTT was in Victoria, in the Queen Mother Sports Centre - unless I'm hopelessly out of date.

We've not had classes in Victoria for at least a year, all London BTT classes are held at the Tokei Gym, with a couple of no gi classes held in the Bethnal Green and Clapton KO Gyms.

Thanks for the information. I travel to London as frequently as once a month but finding a place to roll has been difficult.

Roger Gracie Academy in Ladbroke grove is extremely friendly and has top instruction from Roger and Felipe. Website is www.gracie-barra.co.uk drop an e-mail through or post on SFUK and they will confirm x-mas opening. or TTT for Jsho to confirm.

Try out the RGDA-UK. The instructor is Eddie Kone, Brown belt under David Adiv. Cool guy and a bunch of really nice guys to train with at the academy.
