BJJ in Vegas

Taking a trip to Vegas in May and just wondering where the best places to train are?

Drysdales? Phone Post 3.0

This topic pops up a few times a year. There are probably a few threads you can search for. Basically you can't go wrong.

I'm biased because I train there but Sergio Penha is one of the greatest teachers and fighters of all time. He teaches class twice a day everyday. Not many red and blackbelts are so accessible. This is why guys like BJ, Bernardo Faria, Roger etc stop by when they're in town.

Cobra Kai is another awesome option. Sim is one of the best young coaches in the us. Robert Follis is at Randy's. Fredson and Vinny are at syndicate but I'm not sure of their teaching schedule. Drysdale is another popular option. I could be wrong but I believe he does a lot of seminars, so make sure he's there before stopping by. Sonny has opened up his own shop which would be good too. Really you have a ton if good options. Phone Post 3.0

Yep, Vegas has a ton of options. I go to Ricardo Cavalcanti's academy when I'm in town and always have a great time.

Good instruction and people have always been helpful. They do well in competition if that's what you're into, but plenty of folks who just love to train, too.

RCJiuJitsu.com has schedule and location info.

I met Sergio Penha at a seminar last year and he seemed a phenomenal instructor and a really cool guy. Drysdale too. Not sure how much time you have there, but I'd say you can't really go wrong with any or all of these.

Best of luck!

Come check out Cobra Kai. Phone Post 3.0

In for knowledge. I'll be there week in April.

Any training on Sundays usually? Phone Post 3.0

I'm not affiliated to him in any way but Sergio Penhas is the best IMO by far.
