BJJ/MMA North Van area

Where are the good BJJ /MMA clubs around North Van? Second Narrows is really close so I guess Cobra Kai isn't too far, and I hear Adam Ryan is teaching at Commercial and 12th too. They are both equal distance away. What are the major differences between the two? I have lots of time in the days to train too.

I know Champions is in North Van but I haven't heard much about them.

Major difference between Marcus's and Adam's teaching? That be interesting to hear from someone who trained more with both.

adam has now moved to his PERMANENT location on cambie between 42nd and 43rd in vancouver, right across from oakridge mall. therefor marcus is by far your closest option for good daytime ground training.
