Royce, it was great to see the promotions of the group of guys that recently received their blackbelts from you. I know some of those guys have been training with you for a very long time. In the near future do you forsee another group being promoted to blackbelt in the same fashion? I thought it was really cool to promote those guys together in a team fashion!
