Switching channels and saw Kimbo in opening scene then noticed Mo Smith listed and I have kept watching so far

Its a good movie IMO. Some great fight scenes.
Sapp vs the Cowboy shows you what can happen if you lose vs a big guy like that in the street.
I’ve seen all the fight scenes on Youtube, which are great. Never actually watched the movie, figured I’d seen the gist of it. Is it worth a watch for the non-fight scenes?
I fell asleep since I caught it late night.
Maybe others can weigh in and let us know.
