Are any of these tinned fish suitable for someone with high blood pressure or cholesterol problems?
3 types of Mackerel. In sunflower Oil, Tomato Sauce or Brine. Figures are for 100g.
Sunflower -> Fat=20.8g(0.6g saturated), 0.3g Sodium.
Tomato -> Fat=15.0g(1.5g saturated), 0.4g Sodium.
Brine -> Fat=16.1g(0.8g saturated), 0.5g Sodium.
Was thinking that the Sunflower one would be better (lower saturated fat, lower salt content), but it has more calories. Will that make a difference (60 calories more per serving)?
