Like others have said, very few boxers are tested beyond what the AC's mandate, and the few times I recall it being implemented, someone has tested positive. Hell, just a few weeks ago a HW title fight fell apart because challenger Alexnder Povetkin failed a drug test. He failed for meldonium, claimed it was residual from last year when it was legal, yet passed 3 tests before the failure. I love boxing, but it's dirty as all fuck.
The whole heavyweight division is roiding except maybe Wilder and Parker.
Bob must have forgotten guys like Fernando Vagas pissed hot against Delahoya, or James Toney on a couple occasions tested positive, or when Roy Jones did too. Ray Leonard was long said to have been using when he fought Hagler and Tommy Hearns the second time. Orlando Salido has tested positive against Robert Guerrero too. Or remember when shipments of roids were sent to "Evan Fields" at Evander Holyfield's address? Just a few guys whom Bob must have forgotten due to his dementia. Boxing is far from clean. Listen to Paulie Malinaggi talk about it sometime.
edit***** I forgot to add more current guys who are well known to Bob Arum like Brandon Rios and Andre Berto who failed tests for PED's. And remember Shane Mosley admitting using PED's during the Balco deal.

He's spot on. No question MMA/UFC is a dirty, dirty sport. There's no reason to believe boxing is anywhere near as bad as MMA. From the absolutely top guys all the way down to the beginners, and the owners are using. It's in the culture.
