I do believe that from 2008-2011 that Floyd genuinely did not want that fight, though.
If I was biased i'd put the blame on Manny. I like Manny i've always disliked Arum and said he's been the problem not only with this fight not happening but a problem in Boxing. Just look at his track record in Boxing, fighters having contract issues, Arum bribing sanction bodies, feuding with Don King and taking money from Manny and so on. I do think Floyd has an ego, but he's earned his right to dictate negotiations. If people feel Floyd wanting a stricter test in 2010 made him a duck....well just look how rampant drugs are in MMA and Boxing.
