Alright team?
I'm currently toying with the idea of implementing bodyweight training routines into my training. I've been working with an external load for quite a while - frankly, I'm just interested in seeing what I can do without a barbell, with regards to building strength.
Plus, I want to be able to do cool shit. Bitches love cool shit.
