Bodyweight workouts?

Hi all,

I'm planning on fighting later this year and I'm working on getting into shape.

Because my wife's just had a bub, I'm pressed for time so I've been playing with this:

4 days a week I do the Bas 'all-round workout', 1 day I do one of the Pit Workouts (normally the 1st or 3rd one)a 3 days a week I train BJJ (usually about 45 mins solid rolling).

I'm eating well and have dropped some weight, but I'm after some other bodyweight routines, because like I said, I'm pressed for time so hitting the gym is a no go.

Any ideas? I prefer the audio/video kind because of the cues, I'm crap at keeping my own pace/time.

If you wanna mix it up and have the room, get a pair of rings.
