Boxing instructional ?

I have a heavy bag and some gloves. I'm looking to use it for exercise/conditioning but I'd like to actually have proper technique and combos. Is there any DVDs that can give me some basics?

DVD’s are dead bruh. You Tube is all you need there’s literally a dozen decent sites teaching bag techniques and routines

I have all of these and agree.

Plus the work as a great sleep aid as well.

I don’t mean that as an insult just old boxing videos always a little dry.

I’m sure that Eddy said that and meant it, but in my experience, a good right hand beats a good left hook almost every time. If that statement is true, then folks like Wilder, Klitschko, Hearns, Foreman, Schmelling, etc have proved that there are a lot of suckers.
