Braveheart 2!

Braveheart 2

Mel Gibson's 1995 directorial debut "Braveheart" is set to return this Christmas. The inspirational classic that won an Oscar for Best Picture is the story of William Wallace, a Scottish rebel who fought for Scottish independence from English rule.

Peter Dinklage was originally set to star as the kilted warrior with a long sword, but early audiences did not find the role to be diverse enough. Morgan Freeman was brought in to take the lead role originally played by Gibson.

This time around, Wallace (played by Freeman) is up to his old tricks, as he continues to mess with the English. New battles are fought and new motivational speeches are given with even more blue face paint. Fun new musical renditions have been added to this go around like, "Gay Wedding Prima Nocta," and "No Thanks Longshanks!" Sure to be critically acclaimed,  is the show stopping tribute to the late George Michael, "Freedom," performed by Bruno Mars. Hints of James Horners original film score are brought back, and reworked by composer John Goodman and performed by the London Symphony Orchestra.

Outside of a few small CGI hiccups, Braveheart 2 is sure to deliver with this all star cast. (Rated PG-13)

Should have maybe tried a movie in which the main character doesn't die at the end.
