I won't watch the match but if anyone saw it did he get multiple standing 8 counts? Seems like the worst aspect of boxing to me considering what we know now about brain trauma.

Really really was hoping he would get better, but sadly theres almost no hope after being declared brain dead. His body may keep functioning, his heart may beat and his lungs might take in air, but if hes truly brain dead then Tim is gone. So sad.
Guys a fighter, and fighters have no quit, but somebody should have stepped in and maybe had a talk with him about hanging it up. Hed been KO'd 4 times in the last 2 years just in MMA, not counting whatever may have happened during training and sparring, and then to take a boxing fight on top of it where he could take concussive blows numerous times and be allowed to continue. Just not good.
Theres gotta be someone or someway to look out for these guys who are too proud and tough for their own good sometimes.
