It could but it’s not Ukraine, they could get fasttracked into NATO… NATO would welcome them with open arms.
Im not so sure. Look Ukraine had a large military and 8 years of preparation. We were flooding the place with weapons for years.
Finland is a joke now. They only have about 200 tanks. They are no Ukraine. They have no defence
Also NATO is not all on board with Finland amd Sweden.
