Odds are these cheaters didn't segregate the ballots like they were told to. So exspoliation will be used to throw out legitmate votes because they can't be seperated from illegitimate votes. Â
Now, I bet this mixing was done on purpose for two reasons:
1. it helps to hide other election malfesance
2. It's a dare. 'Are you going to really throw out valid votes too because we tainted them with illegal votes.' And then they get the talking point "republicans are throwing out citizens votes". Â
