This fight will look a lot like Sonnen Marquardt to me. Stann will land a few good shots in between being pinned down and roughed up for 3 rounds. Chael has to watch out for a guillotine early, stann is very strong.
Decent fight excitement wise I think what makes Sonnen exciting is watching him go against Brazilians. So hopefully one day he's known as he brazil killer.

This fight shouldn't be close at all. This is going to be a one sided beating with Chael swinging the hammer. Brian's only chance is a sub, so he better be practicing them diligently, but I still don't see how he'd pull one off.
