People bItch in the UK about the NHS but it's free and pretty damn good IMO.
He can pay for private Heath care easily if he doesnt want to deal with public. Not like he can't afford it either. Don't see why he wouldn't like it.

Any fool can buy emergency insurance to at least cover catastrophic events for a decent price. We don't get taxed to death like the UK and get to use more of our money. Also lower cost of living. Lots of people live above their means then complain when they get in an accident without insurance.
I would not trade the Canadian health care system for anything.
