I watched all of Andrew's fights(the orange belt) and he tore through his division with better technique than some blue belts I know and he's only 14 or 15 yrs. old.

No, that was a different teen that won the samurai award. He was impressive too though.

Hey Andrew Uria, that is the boy you are talking about, he is my little brother, he is only 13, by the way. And he does have great technique. He love Jiu-Jitsu. he trains at Alliance, and you have never seen people get as mad as they do when a 13 year old kicks their ass.
He is always up to roll with anyone.
