thanks shawn, but I'm not in NYC, I was going to have a friend pick a couple up for me, but can't find anywhere online, where he go and get a few.

you might try to do a search for a guy named David Ganulin (Iam not sure about the spelling of the last name).  I think he teaches out fo Crunch gym.  He might have some that can be picked up at the gym.
