I could be wrong, but I think it's based on how much fighters names are searched on the site. I also think they should make two seperate buzz lists for male and female fighters. Gina is at #3 for no other reason than dudes are looking for masturbational material lol.
then again, who am I to say they aren't searching Chael Sonnen for the same reason...
