I have recently become very interested in cable training. i have sen the abband site and it looks great.Question: Does anyone here practice osoto gari with cables? And if so,how?I am not a judoka ,i took jujits about 8 years ago and osoto gari is the only throw,lefty and right sides that I practice.I use harai goshi and tai otoshi to a lesser degree ,hey I suck but I try...When i randori with friends I use only osoto gari L and R sides, any info on how to train these with cables would be greatly appreciated...
