Can Dana Actually Fire Torres for a Twitter Post

Regardless of what the contract says, there was recently a court case where a guy was talking shit about his work and boss on Facebook. A judge ruled, setting a broad precedent, that someone cannot be terminated from employment for something they say on their social networking site.

 He is a sub contractor, he doesnt technically work for Zuffa.

Torres should have said a friend played a prank on him when he left his Facebook signed in.
