I feel like 145 would do more harm than good in terms of Nate's performance. Body attacks would work him over. Wouldn't mind seeing him fight Siver though.

Well, considering he is talking about moving back up to 170 (terrible idea IMO, he is much better at 155) I doubt he is even thinking about a move to 145. 
He is just too slow and weak and not athletic at all. I don't see him having much of a UFC career if he doesn't make some kind of drastic change.
He struggles to cut to 155. He should move back up to 170, start eating meat again and put on some serious muscle.

I thought he looked good last night, until the TKO obviously. He just can't be eating shots like he tends to do anymore. More kicks and better defense would do a lot of good IMO.

If he was serious about going back to WW then he needs to get rid of that vegan shit diet of his, put some meat on his bones. If he was just a bit bigger with muscle at WW he'd beat a top there just like bigger brother

I'm not sure. I think Nate is a great 155'er, he looked amazing in the fights leading up to the title fight with Benson. The title fight he looked a little flat and last night he didn't look too great but I just keep thinking of his fight with Rory when people say he should move back up to 170.
Unless he makes some serious changes, works on his athleticism and explosiveness plus puts on some mass I think he should just stay at Lightweight to be honest. There are some fucking animals at WW, guys like Big Rigg would kill Nate.

Dude had to cut an extra pound vs Hnederson was at 157 on the scale for this fight. He looks so drained at a weigh in for 155 and his cardio seemed off to me last night there were times in the first round he was breathing pretty heavy and seemed tried which is very different the his typical self. He needs to either get his diet/cutting down at 155 or move back up. 145 is NEVER going to happen.
