Since everyone put Jay Mac number five and Joe has number 1 what are the MW rankings now?
this is my opinion.
1) Loiseau (great win over tanner)
2) MacDonald (just beat up folk hero El Dirte)
3) Doerksen (still a great fighter)
4) Kang (fighting in japan)
5) Ring (fighting in japan)
6) maybe cote ?
What does everyone else think?

I think Bill Mahood should be #2 since he beat MacDonald
bill is a 205er.. and denis kang should be ranked #2 after loiseau IMO.

Canario i wanst bashing any one or behing disrespectful...I do not think sarcasm is needed in any fashion i just think its funny how jay beat chris fontaine who everyone said he would get knocked out and then dominated Joe Doerkson who everyone bet the house against him on and then you still dont give him his props he deserved who do we have to beat NEXT?

Loiseau has wins againts very good fighters and is legitimatly earning
his colours and in my opinion should now be facing Franklin for the
UFC MW Belt.
kang is in the game and prooves himself regulary as does Dirty.
Ring is not even putting himself in this category and nor should we, he
has to put in some fights againts top fighters to earn his spot.
Now Dave, jayMac only has 2 fights at MW, a lost to Carter (that would
have been a plus for him) and a Win againts Fontain, Fontain has wins
againts guys I have never heard of, not to say they are not tuff fights,
cause the fighters you never hear of are sometimes your toughest
fights. jayMac needs to fight some more top ranked MW in Canada to
be ranked so higher than 4, and there are not many MW in Canada
other than our list below in my opinion...
1-Crow, 2-Kang/Dirty, 3-Kang/Dirty, 4-JayMac, 5-Cote and Ring will
earn their place with some fights I'm sure.
Now Dave, canario never stated on this thread that jaymac didn't

not canario, so these are your feelings not someone elses. And untill,
your words "Jason will Beat most 185lbs fighters right now." happens,
its all just assumptions and we should give our support yes, but I
wouldn't go counting chickens before they are hatched.
I have to say I am closest with jaymac than any od the other Canadian
MW fighters, we have been friends and so of course I want to see him
on the top, and yes above the others as nice and as talented as they
are, I would still pick jaymac over all of them if it were so.
I think we sould all get a little more realistic with out cooments, posts
and predictions if we want tp be takien seriously.

FIrst you say that "everyone" didn't think that JayMac couldn't do it and then on the next thread you say that your good friends and one win doesn't mean anything etc...First off, there was not one doubt in my mind that Jay couldn't and woundn't do this. You know the lengths of Jay's training right now and the natural abitlity that he had to begin with....rather that putting your philisophical insight and critiquing this win....let's go with it and see where it takes him. Perhaps if you would have witnessed it you would know how dominating and impressive Jay was and is.
Joe hasn't lost via submission hold of any sort since 2001.

lol, ya, but Joe's had tons of fights in that time.... I think merit should be given to Jay for what he's done... Joe tossed Lindland a few times, that's not easy by any means.

When I said that people thought he would not win, its because lots of
people I spoke to thought he would not win, simple, its not deep or
philisophical, its what I heard.
I talked about one win and how it ranks fighters, I'm think Jaymac
would agree that this win doesn't put him at the top of the Canadian
MW top 5, he needs to fight Kang or or Crow to get bumped up, no
offense meant at all, and I'm not sure if we will see him fight Kang
cause they are friends, but I'm sure a fight againts Crow for the TKO
belt should happen.
Finally, I was getting deep to DP, who who in my opinion was putting
words in the mouth of canario, maybe you could re-read the thread
and confirm that in case I misunderstood. I'm not realy sure I
understand your words to me about what I wrote, Again, I know
jayMacs story and I wish the best for him always, for him and his
family, I know what he sacrifices and he deserves all he wants. I
can't see anything wrong with that.

we all agree that crow is number one.now lets get on to two Kang has not really fought in canada plus if where talking about who people beat then kang's big win in his last 8 fights is semenov the rest where nobody's so to speak,and jay just dominated Doerkson and you still rank him ahead ??? You guys make the rankings and then will just continue beating who you rank ahead of Jay. Bottom line for now is Jason just dominated Doerksen and will leave it at that for now.
