Canadians Who Can't watch Prelims (workaround)

This may be the wrong place to post this, I'm a casual creeper so forgive me in advance if so.

Regardless for you Canadians and other international people who can't access the live Prelims via Feul.tv.
I have a free workaround for you that's completely safe and Free. However always check and read about anything you're about to download and install before you do so.

The workaround: visit -->
http://www.raptorvpn.com and download the vpn client. You'll need to register an account with a valid email to activate your vpn access after you've completed the process. If you're even remotely computer literate the process should take about 5min. If not you can always post a question in this thread and I'll try and check in later to help.

The short and skinny of what it does for those of you not familiar with VPN; in as basic an explanation I can give.

Your pc will create a secure connection to an anonymous server in the US, from which your pc will send commands though this server for requests to web pages or anything you're currently connected to(internet wise).

Therefore it will hide your current IP address and it will appear as if you're in the US. Once you make the connection with the vpn client, you'll be able to watch the stream. (Your IP address is what feul.tv uses to determine that you're not in a country that can view this content)

However if you have sportsnet in Canada I believe they're airing the prelims.

There are many and various other uses for this type of vpn but I wont get into that here >:), hope this helps someone, cheers and GL.

I dont think sportsnet is airing the prelims.

Also thanks for the info but I think people are more likely to look for a working stream of the prelims than to dowload and sign up at a website.

Sportsnet one is airing the entire card (Prelims and all) starting at 6ET(I think)

sportsnet 1 is airing the prelims. 6pm-9pm eastern

i keep hearing they are airing them but the program has something else listed i did set to record just in case i'm wrong

Any tips on how someone in the U.S. who doesn't have Fuel can watch the prelims? Phone Post

As the UFC is set to make its debut on FX this Friday in Nashville, there’s great news for fans in Canada.

Not only will the main card air on Sportsnet ONE starting at 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT, but the entire preliminary card will also be broadcast on Sportsnet ONE at 6 p.m. ET / 3 p.m. PT.

The first fight of the night will feature Canadian bantamweight Nick Denis making his UFC debut against Joseph Sandoval.

Not sure if I can do that on such short notice. Thanks though. Phone Post

After years of supporting the UFC, Canucks are getting a rough start in this new TV deal. I am sure it will work out though.

Yeah its obvious that Canada is a huge MMA market. Only a matter of weeeks or a month before it's settled.

I checked my shaw guide last night and all it had was the main card :\ Phone Post

I just checked my shaw guide about an hour ago, to set it up to DVR. It had the Prelims at 3pm Pacific, and the main card at 6pm Pacific.

It would be awesome to see Microsoft, UFC, and Fox come to an agreement and show these free cards on UFC on Xbox LIVE. That would make it easy instead of a UFC fan having to have Failbook, 41 different channels, and a bloody diary to schedule how to watch all these damn fights. Phone Post

What do you mean? We are getting the entire card on sportsnet one. Phone Post
