Cancer patient responds to Joe Biden

Joe Biden recently said if he is elected they will cure cancer.

This girl surviving cancer under Trumps Right to Try law responds.

Personally I think Biden maybe should've focused on breaking out the cancer cure when he was in the whitehouse years ago. But certainly not surprising he would say something like that on the campaign trail.

Not sure how to embed, but if someone can do it, much appreciated.

What a fool Bien is.

Will watch later

If he has the knowledge of the cure, and is holding back the knowledge, he should be brought up on charges.

Found his VP. They can perform miracles together.

You're remarkably dumb

Not sure if serious...

Very serious. Imagining a scenario where Biden could have and withhold the cure for cancer is remarkably dumb. Stating that he should be charged if such a ludicrous hypothetical we're true, is even dumber.

Why so serious.  Thedogofdogs was joking.

Only in this new era of absurd team based outrage could people feign outrage over someone wanting to cure cancer.

Such a dumb thing to get mad about

So what happens if he gets elected and doesn't cure cancer?

This!

Arrest the man.

Biden has been withholding the cure to cancer?

Fuck him.

Lock him up!!!!

Who's outraged? Besides you.

It's disingenuous for him to claim what he did. Especially when he's already had his chance to do what he's promising on top of it being such a serious disease that afflicts so many people.

Natalie is just explaining how hollow that promise is. Trump getting Right to Try legislation passed was a promise made and kept. And it's now helping people with cancers and other devastating illnesses. Right to Try was grassroots- supported by terminal patients during the terms of Obama/Biden and they didn't support it or advocate for it to help it get passed.

It's not about teams, it's about him blatantly lying because he had the chance to help terminal cancer patients and he didn't do that when given the opportunity, but now that he wants votes, he's willing to promise something he can't deliver on.

He didn't say he 'wanted to cure cancer'. AFAIK, he said his administration WILL cure cancer.

There's a big difference there.

Why even argue with people like this?

Your post clearly implies it's about teams. How are you not seeing the contradiction between that claim and the words you used in the same post.

It's silly. Full stop. Leaders taking effort to eradicate illness should be applauded, not politicized. Regardless of what colour banner they fly.

Again, you don't get it. It's not about the team. It's about the ACTUAL work that was done. The verifiable effort that was or wasn't made.

Joe Biden was in the whitehouse. He was VP for 8 years and made ABSOLUTELY no effort to do what he is promising now, even when the legislation was gift wrapped for them to champion and help get passed, they did nothing.

VP Pence signed Right to Try legislation in his home state before even becoming VP. Him and Trump advocated and pushed for that bill on a federal level to ACTUALLY help sick patients. Signed it into law and got it done. Truth. Full stop.

If it was passed under Obama/Biden I'd give them all the credit that they deserve. But it wasn't. And nothing Biden says will convince me that he has any intention of following through on a promise like that, because they had the opportunity and did NOTHING.
