Correct, but the lawsuit didnt go through really. They reached an agreement.

“Mexican boxing star Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez has reached an agreement with Golden Boy Promotions and DAZN to be released from his contract”

So he probably has an agreement to fight on DAZN this time and he is free to make deals elsewhere after. Doesnt mean he wont fight on DAZN again if they give a better split than other PPV providers for fights in the future
