Does anyone know if you can get canned salmon without the bones and stuff? It skeeves me out.
Just pretend like they're little prizes. Little prizes you eat.
I get boneless skinless salmon at Meijer for $1 a can.
They have some at costco.
"The salmon without the skin and bones has much less of the Omega 3 fat. The boneless/skinless salmon has like 2 gram per serving. The other has 7 gram/serving with 2.5 grams of Omega 3."
I thought fish oil was useless???
"Are Mercury levels a concern with canned Salmon?"
