Is there any MMA, grappling or boxing gyms in the Capetown area. I just moved here and would like to know where the closest gyms are. I'm staying near the Gardens.

When I was in Cape Town there was a Sub grappling gym, on Irmhoff Farm, opposite Irhoffs gift.
Near Kometjie where I was living.
Never did check it out though, cause I injured my back.
But whilst in SA there was a whole shit load of boxing gyms everywhere, so I'm sure you find one soon.
