Can anyone recommend a good cardio machine? It would for my dad, an xmas gift (doc wants him to start exercising). I was thinking concept 2 rower (I'm not paying for the whole thing) but I heard there is a bit of technique to it. Other option I was thinking off is a air dayne bike. Any suggestions would be great, thank you.

Having said that, it is the best elliptical.
Bike would be cheap and good imo. Or even a swimming membership would be cool if your dad can swim and the place isn't too far away. He can also check chicks in bikini's out :P
