Cardio Work Question????

I was wondering what cardio machine burns more fat/calories. The rotating stairs, treadmill, elyptical gliders, or rope jumping? Thanks. Which of those get your cardio up the best?


Caloric expenditure is determined by intensity and duration, not mode. By that I mean that it matters more how hard and for how long you work than it matters on which machine you do your work. 20 minutes skipping rope can be just as good as 20 minutes on a machine that costs thousands of dollars.
