I had the pleasure of attending a Carlson Gracie Jr Seminar last night. I have to say even above the very simplistic yet amazing positions he showed. He was a very nice funny guy to talk to. Definitely will be attending when he's in the area again.

I attended one of Juniors Semianrs in Ireland a few years back. Great Seminar and a great instructor.
