I want to hear this.....ttt
The dude in the grey shirt next to Ruas may be a serial killer or he pooped his pants. Edit: That's Joe Moreira? weird. He needs to put on a happy face.
To much to translate!
Joe don't play.
They needed Wallid there to moderate.
up for translation..never seen this before!
Porra!
This was done at Danny Darrows office in Costa Mesa, I will find the picture of all of us together, at the end of the tapeing Marco and Carlson are sakeing hands and smileing, but before, Carlson was SUPER hot headed. WE were in that office for over 3 hours.
Some very good times.
That week end Carlson was at Joes party showing us all how to dance.
I don't want to take the time to translate but I will just sum up by saying that they are arguing about jiu jitsu
Randy- so basically u have no idea what they were saying?
Watching the first video, the argument is basically about gi vs. no-gi.
You're all wrong!! Marco was attempting justify his cowardice actions of declining to fight Royce Gracie after Royce challenged him on numerous occasions. He also states that he would have taken the fight for a $12 million dollar purse and the fight HAD to remain standing the whole time. One of his stipulations was that if Royce tried to grapple him then Ruas would have been automatically declared the winner. I'll translate the rest later. :)

Also sounds like Carlson is accusing him of having trained jiu-jitsu(ie: the old "only jiu-jitsu beats jiu-jitsu" argument), while Marco denies it, then going into the gi vs. no gi stuff. They also said 'blackbelt' like 50 times in that first video. lol
Thought I heard Carlson say something bad about Frederico Lapenda.
Vitor's name came up a lot alongside a 'bluebelt' discussion that I couldn't quite follow. It either in relation to Rickson(who they mentioned a few times) saying Marco has bluebelt skills on the ground, or that Vitor was a bluebelt in Brazil and became a blackbelt the second he stepped foot in America.

Man, if Royce had been matched up against Marco in one of the first UFCs I don't think we would have ever seen BJJ explode in the world.
Cool

You're right..LOL!!. I was joking and even though I would have loved to see it. If the fight stayed on the feet, then it would have been like Royce vs. Sak 1 but worse. If it went to the ground then I believe Royce could have caught him. Not saying that he would have but I do believe Royce was the better grappler.
