Casey Oxendine will be doing a 4 hour submission grappling/bjj seminar on Nov. 14 at Demorest Boxing/Fitness which is at 777 Broadway in Kingston NY and is home of Team LionKill. Casey is a brown belt under Helio "Soneca" Moreira and his highest ranking american student poised to be his first american black belt. This is a great chance to train with one of the most talented grapplers around. Casey actively competes and trains directly with Soneca in Tennesse. The cost will be $60. Casey is definately one of the most talented grapplers ive ever had the oppurtunity to step on the mat with.Ive done a couple of his seminars and thought every one was excellent, definately worth checking out. His techniques are awesome and he'll make sure every person there understands every technique he teaches!

who is casey and what has he done as far as tournaments didnt he lose to a wrestler in the first round or something in the arnolds 2 yrs ago
I remember reading something about Casey at a sub grappling tourney that said he had more arms than an Octopus!
casey is 3-0-0 nhb. i trained with him consistantly for 2 years ending 1.5 years ago when i moved back to new york. casey is an excellent teacher and can make improvements on every aspect of your game. he taught me more then anyone else has. i use everything he ever showed me.

Casey and the guys he trains with are top notch. I have spent some time watching them train and been to a few events that either Casey or guys he has trained have fought at.
I conducted a intervirew with Casey a while back and got to sit in on a training session with them. Come check it out
casey is like school on mondays... nothing but class.
ttt casey also said if you do the seminar and would like to do a private as well they will only be $25 per hour. thats an unreal deal for his talent. i hope some people check him out.
