CatchWrestling tapes Sak or tonys

I have both and what I have found is that sakuraba's moves seem Quite high percentage comparred to tony's but tonys are good in the half mount area,The reason I say this is that during a year of training with tony's stuff I have really ony pulled off a quarter of his material and the rest I usaully get countered but Sakuraba's tape is so high percetage that is not even funny and all the moves are easy to enter and very simple. What are your opinions on these guys and which do you tapes do you think are better I think both sets are good I just think saks are more realistic and high percentage.

Hi Bustyoiurleg, where abouts did you get sakuraba's tapes from?

I have A Sak tape, I didn't realize there were multiple Sak TAPES.

Is Saku's tape in Japanese, and if so, are there English subtitles?

ttt Where did you guys buy Sak's tapes? Any more details?

Ebay 10 bucks an hour and a half long jam packed with all the moves he uses in his fight including about 10 takedowns, leglocks, armbars, grip breaks, kneelocks, chokes, guard passes, turtle flip overs, advanced material aswell, shows a picture of him using this stuff in matches ,then shows him rolling full out with other pride fighters,Then to top it off he gives you a conditioning workout not bad for ten bucks!

wow that's pretty good!

Is it in Japanese, and if so, are there English subtitles?

checked it out on ebay and it sure looks interesting.

Glenn, I have copies of Sak's instructional, email me. And I agree, I like Sak's tape a lot. What is great is you get to see him go live and demo most of the moves on a resisting opponent.

It is in Japanese and there are no subtitles.

I think you can get an idea from just watching alone.

I had the Sakuraba tape. Very good stuff. Mine stopped working, but I should have friends who can make me a copy. Very good tape.

Thanks Andrew (for answering my question).

Scuffler, you had the tape, or the DVD?

You have to watch out because he has two instructionals - the instructional that we're talking about, which is pretty good, and Gimmick.

Gimmick is him clowning around and doing weird skits and pro wrestling moves and is not very good as an instructional.

Forum mod, Joe Perez, won 1st place in NAGA with only wrestling, two BJJ classes, and Saku's tape. He tapped out blue belts with ease...

sandyholt, what div in NAGA?
