What is catholic humanism? I attend a catholic university and see no evidence of this concept on a daily basis. Would it be safe to assume that this is an outdated concept that people don't really follow or uphold? What would be a pragmatic example of catholic humanism in the real world and or specifically in a university or college setting? How important is the dignity of human life? Money and power seem much more important to the school here rather than the progression or well being of the students.
unfortunately humanitarian practice, and power don't coincide very well.
