Celtics have best chance to land number 1 pick.

25% chance.  100% chance of getting a top 4 pick.

Number 1 seed in the east.  On way to NBA Finals.  Danny Ainge is a boss.   This team is lit.

Draft lottery is to tonignt.

nice

You guys really believe this lottery isn't predetermined?

scourge - You guys really believe this lottery isn't predetermined?

What the heck ar you even talking about?

ping pong balls, man, ping pong balls.

I want Dennis smith jr.  absolute beast

Damn good coach for being so young

Celts did a great job holding onto the picks, and not making a rash trade with them. A lot of shitty teams would have flushed them down the drain at the trade deadline for a player that still wont make them good enough to beat Warriors/Cavs. Now they'll get a top four pick AND have money to go after a big free agent, all while still being a live underdog in a conference final.

I'm going to laugh my ass off when Lonzo Ball goes to Philly. The most sure fire way to ruin top draft pick is send them to that abortion of a team. Add his dad to the mix it's going to be amazing.

The lottery is run and overseen by an outside insurance company that is worth multiple billions.

The draft is not rigged. For the most part ;)

Phily would pass on Ball even if he falls to them. One of the worst fits in the league since they have fully committed to Ben Simmons as their primary ball handler - a way, way, wayyy better prospect than Ball.

I can't see how their marketing strategy is going to work. They have easily become the most despised name in basketball before being drafted.
I was a fan of his through his HS team, and at UCLA. Now, his old man has made him unbearable to even look at. Sad.

Of course the lakers want him, he's projected at 2-3.

If they get #1 pick though they'll be smart and grab fultz

Celtics are the future of the East. Good coach who will get better, legit MVP candidate and money to bring in players and a top pick. That future is probably 5 years away though when LeBron is no longer the best post season player in basketball

The same was said about Edmonton in the NHL until the next generational talent like in Connor Mcdavid came through the draft. In the last 10 years they've had 4 overall number 1's and another 2 top five draft picks and only made the playoffs this year in that same 10 years.

Ball isn't Jordan or LeBron. McDavid is a generational talent like Crosby, Lemieux, or Gretzky. And there haven't been many doubters as he came into the league.

Generational talent wins chips - not teams.

The celtics do not have a generational talent, nor is there one available in free agency any time soon - outside of Goatbrook, Durant or Curry - none of which are going to Boston.

The generational talent is in Milwaukee. Giannis Antetokounmpo.

He will rule the East barring a Ben Simmons and Embiid healthy careers, imo.
