What are the chances that NK could successfully launch an ICBM, have it hit ots target in a US city and have a nuclear detonation?
Unless they bought technology from China I say 10% that they can do all those things. 50% or more if they have enough tech from anothwr nuclear country.

I highly doubt they could actually attack the US, it would also be suicide and force China to drop their support. Could probably fuck South Korea up though, although that would also be suicide so why do it?
