They can charge what they want, most likely they know it won't stick and he'll plea down to manslaughter. Hell just give him a month in genpop and he'll get what's coming

ANTIFA member AG Keith Ellison is doing it to appease the mob. Might as well have a public lynching so we can all heal.!

Yup, no way he was gonna catch murder 3 let alone M2.

Dude will get manslaughter (max of 10 years) and probably be sentenced to 6 (a little over half to appease the masses). And most likely plead it down to like 2 with time served.

All in all, dude will spend a few months in jail but won’t see GenPop.

Why?

Because they cant prove it. Not enough evidence to prove the charge. Remember you have to convince a jury that the person in question is guilty of that specific crime. Sounds more like a scare tactic because they know they wont get a conviction. This is what happens when you let the monkeys out of the zoo. Instead of building a case they rushed the charges just to calm all the violence. Unfortunately this will do nothing but incite more violence

SJW pressured the DA into charges that are more likely to cause him to walk.

That should go over well

They will have to prove he intentially murdered him without premeditation. I just dont think its there.

Of course the cops deserve to go to jail for quite a few years, I just find the 2nd degree overcharging.

Could set a dangerous precedent. And here's the thing. they will never be satisfied. they get conviction once, they are going to want it for every black death at the hands of a LEO from here to eternity. Whether it's justified or not.

Was there any truth to the rumor that they bounced at the same club and might have known each other? Any possibility the cop actually hated the guy and gave him extra due to prior relationship?

Feel sorry for the other three cops - they looked like they hadn't been on the job very long and were following the lead of the senior guy.

Police need to be held accountable and wear body cameras. If they disable a camera it should be immediate termination. Unfortunately this is more than a racial as white people have been victimized and executed by police with no outcry.

Not enough evidence? Hmm...

3rd degree murder would stick. Lack of intent or premeditation but committing homicide through acts that have a reckless wanton disregard for human life. Yeah that would stick.

It's a fact they worked at the club at the same time, but unclear if they actually knew each other. The owner said the cop worked out front and George worked inside.

In MN, what's the difference between 2nd degree and 3rd degree.

Seems like they are upping the charges so appease people without thinkng they may not stick

I don't disagree with anything here.
