Charles Gracie hosted us for training Saturday at his academy in preperation for the GRACIE UNITED Tournament in a few weeks. There were about 40 people working out, white belts through brown belts.
WHAT A BUNCH OF GENUINELY NICE GUYS! Every single person I rolled with or talked to had like ZERO ATTITUDE and was perfectly gracious. The training was hard (I think I'm still sweating 24 hours later) and Charles showed some sick defenses from the guard. GREAT STUFF!
