I'm sure this has been mentioned on this board before, but I just dl'ed a $4 ebook called "TBK Fitness" that covers what looks like a Paleo-type diet (meat, vegs, fruit, no "processed" foods) and a series of bodyweight routines for specific fitness goals.
It seems like a very sensibly written book ... if you're not into the Paleo stuff, the bodyweight information alone is easily worth the $4. The art is pretty goofy, but for the price, it gets the job done.
