What kind of ratio of uppercuts, hooks, jabs, and haymakers should I apply to myself and friend's to improve their chin and brain stability? These guys are obviously onto something.

He did seem to lighten up on the girls.
I especially liked it when he got fired up with the skinny fella with the Doug Flutie haircut. Hit him with the spinning backfist to the face and everything. Seems to really get the guys blood flowing
