Chris:another l.back question?

Hi chris,

I was just wondering how your lower back was and if you are doing any stretches for it??? Mine is still tender but I am working through it as well.

I stretch it in the Am but not too far. I can't train at all in the morning as far as BJJ or wrestling goes. I can run or ride the bike but nothing else. After noon I am looser and can do more but I am worthless in the am. GLC 2000 seems to help al my problems.
