My foot goes that high, but only on what Horodecki calls my Ostrich Kick.
I kick people in the head too but only when they are on the ground.

Basically, it's a front kick that somehow involves a bit of shin.
Horodecki's kick, on the other hand, is a weapon of mass destruction that will explode all over Bell's face.
The ostrich kick is a beauty to watch.
