Hi everyone. Here is a fun little workout we do. Its called the "Chrissy" workout. Two exercises, Kettlebell swings and burpees.

Similar to Ross Enamait's magic 50. But I'm willing to bet I'll have a harder time with this version due to the higher volume of burpees in the early rounds. Only one way to find out!

Keep the burpees as strict as you can with a good tuck jump. Let me know how it goes.

16:45. Not very happy with that. Pretty confident I can get that down to 10-12 minutes. The high volume of burpees to start with killed me. I don't usually do more than 15 consecutive burpees without a break. Third circuit was by far the hardest and I took my longest break between the third and fourth circuit (about 3 minutes or so, waay to long).
I tried this, had to call it during the 2nd set because my knee was killing me. Gotta try this again today with a brace on. See what happens when you start getting old kids! I was 8 minutes in so not looking at a stellar time anyway, lol!
