We get a standard bonus that's based on a balance of our performance and the company's success. That gets paid out in Feb/March. Occasionally we get an Xmas bonus too. We didn't get one last year, but I'm hopign one gets given this year. That's not usually huge, but it's a good sum to get. Everyone got an $4500 two years ago, and that's a pretty nice surprise.
Last year, the company didn't do well enough to pay that out....we only profited $180 million, and for a company of 400 people, that's apparently not enough haha
$0 dollars. But in march I get a fat check for 10% of my annual salary...hopefully.
