In china it is very honourable to run at the first sight of someone in distress or danger. It is shocking for the west to see this since we are raised to help at all costs and are asked to learn CPR just in case this very thing happens. Phone Post 3.0

I mentioned this before in another thread several years ago, in China, it has been ruled in their courts that if you help someone, its because of a guilty conscience. Thats based on teachings of Confucius.

So if that guy died, and maybe he was stabbed, if you help him, there is a chance you will be arrested for the crime.
