I just don't see it as anything other than a scam.

Al fucking gore. Made millions.

One, Earth hasn't warmed in nearly 20 years. Yes, 2015 supposedly "smashed" the previous temperature record. But actually it was the third-warmest year on record -- or maybe "not even close to the hottest year on record," says James Taylor of the Heartland Institute.

Intentional mind fucking?

I'll be honest, I didn't pay much mind to anything you said, but a brief pervue points to the fact you didn't address ocean acidification.

So again

Ok, so I before we get into completely ripping this apart let's be clear.

You actually believe that the link you just posted debunks the scientific evidence of man made ocean acidification?

Debunk away, the future generations will thank you. The reason I post the shit I do is for people to debate...

Its a scam to fund the corrupt. Same story every ten years.

I mean, humans are blatantly having an impact on climate, and seeking sustainability can never really be viewed as a bad thing.

The problem is the field is wrought with hyperbole, data falsification, and faux-science which it makes it real easy for people like this to write it off as complete bullshit.

Do you think the precession of the world's axis contributes to any type of climate change?

I know the hockey stick graph but if we extend that chart there have been periods of cooling as well as heating going on for the past 5k years?

I would love to know more about ocean currents and wether changing sea levels will also result in different climatic changes due to shifting ocean currents. I.e. how many feet of rise or lowering would it need, if possible, to alter ocean currents and global climate

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cataclysmic_pole_shift_hypothesis

Pole shift.

The change is only about 1 degree every 26000 years or so

The present rate of magnetic north pole shift is about 55 kilometers per year. According to the data set, during the year 2000 the magnetic north pole actually shifted more than 70 kilometers.

The issue now is, since the pole shift has been at 400 year record high rates during the past 10 to 20 years, the cumulative effect is now beginning to cause real-world issues.

Ill let the thread continue on without me, thanks for being good sports.

The future generations are, or should be, the reason any of us do anything.  So if you truly believe you're acting in their benefit I won't fault you.  Be open to suggestion, there's nothing wrong with being skeptical, but be open and willing to explore what's presented and examine it logically.

I was referring to the precession.

You've said you were european and this relevant to my discussions and climate change.

Supervolcano campi flegri erupted in italy roughly 15k years ago.

I tried doing simple google searches but not much luck. Any idea if theres a layer of ash found in the soil in europe from around that time?

If you find answer great and thanks lol.

I just need to know what could have caused the bolling allerod period during at the onset of the younger dryas

OP is just bringing more doomsday prophecies that have been made by the climate change cult (formerly the global warming cult) and have been wrong every time. The world should be over by now according to your kind.

It's based on faulty science. Scam to make the rich even richer.

The problem is that the solutions revolve around taking money away from the poor and middle class.  I know it's 2 different countries but you have Al Gore with his 3 houses, heated pools etc multi millionaire whose carbon footprint is equal to 750 average families saying that carbon taxes should be added to products to "save the environment".  In Canada the cost of food increased 400 dollars per family last year and another 400 this year.  They are talking about more of an increase next year.  Heating and electricity costs have also gone up.  Guess what's not going up in Canada.  Pay.

The rich can afford these taxes, the middle class and poor can't.  Those individually causing the most damage like Leonardo DiCaprio with his private jets, 100 foot yacht, etc (carbon footprint equal to 250 average households) now run around praising carbon taxes but says that we are past the point where individual change will make a difference.  That's conveniant for him so he doesn't have to give up his toys.

What do you think Bloomberg's carbon footprint is with 11 houses, 2 private jets, helicopter, yacht and 54 cars (I know he doesn't drive them all at once but they do have to be maintained)?
